December 26-30, 2017—25 young men were thrilled to experience how it’s like to be a seminarian for five days. The Vocation Orientation was held at the Father Hannibal Formation Center – Manila, where they were gladly welcomed by Fr. Wilford Urmaza, RCJ together with his community, the Rogationist religious brothers and seminarians, who accompanied them all throughout.
They came different provinces of Luzon, ranging from Ilocos to Bicol. Within the five days, various activities awaited the participants; a series of talks on Vocation and the Rogationist way of life, moments of prayer and recreational activities. They were also able to visit the different Rogationist communities and areas of apostolate in Manila and in Silang, Cavite. They also had a side trip to Tagaytay. On their last night, they savored their each other’s company as they showcased their gifts and talents in the Vocation Night program.
The orientation ended on December 30 with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and a farewell message from Fr. Wilford, the Vocation Director of the seminary.
